Deposit and balance of the stay

For registrations, a letter summarizing the prices, dates and conditions of the stay is sent to the Customer, who has 7 days from receipt of the said letter to send Aigue Marine a deposit corresponding to 30% of the stay and any Additional services :

Number of registrants

The capacity of the various dwellings is:

3 People over 4 years old for a studio
6 People over 4 years old for a 6 People Apartment
8 People over 4 years old for an Apartment 8 People
10 Persons over 4 years old for a Villa

In each accommodation a child under 4 years old can be accommodated there.

The added cot for children will be billable. € 20 per week.

The tenant must occupy the accommodation himself. He may not assign the rights he holds from this contract, nor sublet, or even lend all or part of the thing rented without the express written consent of Aigue Marine.

Price

Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and include the provision of accommodation, charges included (water, electricity, heating, bed linen and bathroom once upon arrival for the entire stay.…), As well as any additional rental services mentioned on the contract. They do not include the tourist tax (tax per day and per person whose scale is fixed by municipal decree, for the benefit of the municipality), the pet supplement and other additional services payable directly on site.

Aigue Marine reserves the right to modify the prices proposed in the event of a legislative and / or regulatory change having an impact on prices (modification of the VAT rate, new tax, etc.).

Reductions

The reductions offered on our website or in our brochures are only applicable on the accommodation part and therefore exclude any other service unless expressly stipulated otherwise.


CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE STAY

Any cancellation or modification of the stay must be notified by registered mail, the date of presentation of the mail determining the date of cancellation or modification.

Until the 60th day preceding your stay, you have the option of opting out. In the event that you use it, the amount paid will be returned to you deducted of € 50 for administrative costs.

Between the 59th and 30th day before arrival, in the event of cancellation or modification of the stay, the following costs will be applied to the total price of the stay (rental and additional services mentioned in the contract, the amount paid will be returned to you deducted from 30% of the total stay amount.

From the 29th day before arrival, in case of cancellation or modification of the stay all payments will be kept as a deposit.

Any stay interrupted or shortened by the Client for whatever reason (strikes, accident, bad weather, unemployment ...) will not give right to any refund. In the event that Aigue Marine is required to modify the stay for reasons beyond its control, the Client will receive a comparable stay proposal in terms of date and cost. In case of refusal, the Customer will be fully reimbursed without being able to claim compensatory compensation.


CONDITIONS OF STAY

Arrival and departure

Aigue Marine draws your attention to the fact that in the absence of full payment of the price despite the reminders made by our Reservation Service, it will not be possible to deliver the keys if you show up at the place of your stay.

Arrivals and departures must take place at the specified times. The keys will be handed over from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. These keys will be returned before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.

If due to a major obstacle you could not arrive on time, it is essential to notify the Reception Service of your Residence which will then arrange directly with you so that you can find the keys to your accommodation on your arrival . A failure to hand over the keys in the event of arrival outside the stipulated hours cannot in any case be attributed to Aigue Marine and will not give rise to any compensation.

In case of loss of key, in order to cover the costs relating to the replacement of the barrel, 65 € will be due.

Inventory

You must carefully check the inventory given to you on your arrival, initial it and hand it over on the day of arrival at the reception of the Residence, noting any anomalies noted. These will be rectified as soon as possible by Aigue Marine.

If the apartment is returned in an abnormally degraded state, all or part of the deposit may be retained.

Housework

The accommodation is made available to you in a perfect state of cleanliness. During the stay, its maintenance is your responsibility and you must make it perfectly tidy, the sheets and blankets folded and the garbage cans emptied.

As part of the rental of the Villa 2 hours of cleaning per day are included, possible additional services are possible.

Animals

Pets weighing less than 5 kg are allowed as long as their presence has been specified and accepted when booking, and upon presentation of an anti-rabies certificate. A price supplement of 25 euros per animal per week will be charged. Animals belonging to the 1st or 2nd category of law n ° 99-5 of January 6, 1999 are not accepted.

Pets must be kept on a leash within the residence and they are prohibited in common areas such as swimming pool.

Housing issues

Any problem noted concerning the rented accommodation must be reported the day, or as soon as it is noticed in the event of a problem occurring after the installation of the Client.

If urgent repairs have to be carried out inside your accommodation during your stay, they cannot give rise to any compensation.

Dislocation

In the event of force majeure, beyond our control, we reserve the right to relocate a Client to another accommodation located nearby and of equivalent category without being liable for any compensation.

Equipment unavailability

Events of force majeure, beyond our control, may make equipment included in the rental price unavailable (swimming pool, television, etc.). Such unavailability cannot give rise to any compensation.

Internal rules

You will be given internal regulations specific to the residence upon your arrival. Thank you for reading and respecting it. If the behavior or behavior of a Customer is likely to disturb the course of the stay, Aigue Marine may refuse to install it or shorten its stay without this giving rise to reimbursement.


SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of three hundred Euros (300 €) for a studio will be requested from the Customer upon arrival.

A security deposit of six hundred Euros (€ 600) for a 6-person apartment will be requested from the Customer upon arrival.

A security deposit of eight hundred Euros (800 €) for apartment 8 people will be requested from the Customer upon arrival.

A security deposit of five thousand Euros (5000) euros for a villa will be requested from the Customer upon arrival.

It will be returned within ten days of the end of the stay, after deduction of any compensation retained in the event that the rental is not returned in perfect condition and in the event of damage caused to the rented premises, common parts of the Residences and the movable objects furnishing them.


RESPONSIBILITY

We would like to bring to your attention the fact that rental in Aigue Marine residences does not come under the responsibility of hoteliers. Consequently, it cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal effects at the residence, both in the accommodation and in the car parks or common premises.

The Customer is responsible for all of their goods. It is up to him to take the necessary measures concerning them. The forgetting of personal belongings inside a dwelling when the premises were vacated cannot engage the responsibility of Aigue Marine.

The Customer is required to insure against damage that he may cause due to his negligence.


ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION

In the event of a dispute of any kind whatsoever, jurisdiction is expressly assigned to the Ajaccio Commercial Court, whatever the conditions of sale, the method and place of payment accepted, even in the event of an appeal. warranty or plurality of defendants. The rights and obligations of the parties are governed exclusively by French law.

Election of domicile

For the execution of the present and their suites, the parties elect domicile, namely: the lessor, in his domicile indicated above, and the tenant, before and after the occupation of the leased premises, in his domicile indicated above , and for the duration of the rental, in the leased premises.
